工作職責

·        按照公司規定及程序為客戶提供專業的博彩遊戲服務

·        提供良好的客戶服務技巧，願意刻苦學習及有團隊合作精神

·        協助監測和執行娛樂場防洗黑錢程序

·        回答客人簡單的旅遊景點及我們的酒店配套

 

入職要求

·        高中或以上程度

·        具相關工作經驗或完成庄荷培訓者，將優先考慮

·        年青有活力、主動及善與客戶建立良好的溝通

·        良好的廣東話、普通話及中文書寫能力，懂基本英語應對技巧更佳

·        基本四則數學良好

·        需輪班工作

·        須接受每週六天的培訓及考試合格，為期約四至六週視乎進度(培訓期有津貼)

·        行為良好，無犯罪紀錄及體檢合格
