Position Summary: The Card Room Attendant is responsible for the - Day to day preparation and monitoring of inventory of the card room and gaming pits
- Card replenishment processes to and from gaming pits
- Destruction of gaming cards
- Delivery of stationary and sundry equipment to gaming and administration areas
They will work as a team with the Card Room Supervisors to ensure all areas have sufficient equipment and stationary requirements to satisfy the daily running of the gaming environment. Primary Responsibilities: - Organize and coordinate the replenishment of cards, gaming equipment and stationary requirements across the gaming floor and table games administration areas.
- Help ensure all Inventory balance records across the card storage areas are accurate by completing physical checks on a regular basis.
- Ensure all internal customers are afforded prompt, efficient and courteous service at all times.
- Consistently seek to develop an effective working relationship with team members and ensure a positive approach to tasks and duties as required
- Ensure accurate and timely communicating with the card room supervisors to ensure the complete security control of the card storage areas and replenishment process.
- Work as a team to ensure the effective storage and efficient distribution of gaming equipment, paying cards, and stationary and other sundry table games items
- Ensuring that the distribution and destruction of cards is performed in accordance with agreed secure procedures and policies.
- Ensure all employees comply with departmental and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience - Familiarity of a card room environment and card replenishment process is preferred
- Basic Mathematics required
- Knowledge of the Playing Card Management System (PCMS) would be preferred but not essential
- Macau resident
Personal Competencies - Effective time management skills and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of personal integrity and ethics
- Self motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
